Dr. Bob Zylstra will be our presenter for this session that will wrap up our 2017 Spring Enrichment Program. Using movie clips from the film “Iris” this presentation will consider the impact of chronic degenerative disease, in this case Alzheimer’s, on patients’ as well as caregivers. Our goals are to review the progression of the disease process, explore risks to physical as well as emotional health, and identify available supportive resources. We will be meeting at the Unitarian Universalist Church and refreshments will be provided.
